Who we are
Our website address is: https://www.legendssportsbar.com.
Comments on Posts
Often when we update articles, or stories or “posts”, we allow visitors to comment on them. When visitors leave comments on these page types of our website, we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser type user agent string to help with our spam detection efforts.
We then anonymized that information into a string which is created from your email address (also called a hash) which in turn may be provided to the Gravatar service we use to see if you have an account and are using it. The Gravatar service has its own Privacy Policy which is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After your comment has been submitted and approved by our webmaster, your profile picture (if you have one) will be visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Submitting a Reservation or Booking
We also provide a form on our website for patrons to submit a reservation or book a table. This form will collect certain personal information which will in turn be sent to our staff to use for your booking or reservation request. We do not re-sell this information, and we dispose of the information every 30 days.
Media on Our Website
If you attend a Legends Sports Bar hosted event, such as a Sporting event or Pay Per View event, Legends Sports Bar has the right to take pictures of our patrons to illustrate the energy and excitement of the event that we are hosting. If for any reason we have posted an image that includes an image of you that you do not wish us to show, you must contact us directly by phone, provide us with a link to the specific image you are referring to, and request that we remove the image. We will support your request to remove content but require up to 60 days to do so from the time you have spoken to management. It is important to understand that on occasion we might upload images to the website that may have embedded location data (EXIF GPS) that is included in the image, as we only capture images on our premises located at 5236 E. 2nd Street, Long Beach, CA 90803. This may also include common sidewalk areas in from of our establishment.

If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. Embedded content from other websites
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website. This means that you are subject to the Privacy Policy of those other websites.
These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.
Who we share your data with
For users that help us manage our website content, they will have access to the same information that we do.
If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes. All requests will be processed after you have made a request to one of our Store Managers. We require up to a 90 day period of time from the date you request to provide the information.
Where your data is sent
Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
